When the stator and rotor rotate, the phenomenon that the outer ring of the rotor and the inner circle of the stator collide is called the motor stator and rotor rubbing, which is generally called motor sweeping. According to the specific conditions of the sweeping, the sweeping can be divided into actual sweeping and There are two types of virtual scans. The so-called actual sweep, that is, the actual friction between the stator and rotor cores, indicates that the air gap between the stator and the rotor is very uneven. The severe sweeping phenomenon will always produce high temperature in the stator inner circle, which makes the insulation of the groove surface become at a high temperature. Scorch is brittle, causing the winding to ground or short circuit. At the same time, the actual scanning can also increase the vibration and noise of the motor, and reduce the electrical performance. The so-called virtual sweep, that is, the stator and rotor cores are not actually rubbed together, but the raised insulators or oil dirt on the inner circle of the stator rub the rotor and the stator. Because there are many factors that cause the motor to punch and sweep the bore, and they are intertwined with each other, the main factors are described as follows:

4. The slot wedge is higher than the core (when the wire is embedded, the slot sealing is not good; the stator phase insulation is too long; the stator winding shaping is not good; the slot wedge size is inappropriate).
5. The end cover bearing chamber is too large (improper turning, excessive disassembly and assembly times).
6. Improper fit of the stop (large stop of the base and small stop of the end cover).
